Orikum, Albania 25th of September 2026 Horizon Invest sh.p.k. presents Orikum Horizon, a residential destination in Orikum, near Vlorë, designed to bring together contemporary homes, landscaped gardens and spaces for an active coastal lifestyle.
The development is planned around three distinct residential areas: Orikum Boulevard Residence, Market Square Residence and Lagoon Gardens Residence. Together, they will offer a choice of homes connected by public spaces and amenities for residents and visitors.
Planned facilities include cafés, restaurants, retail, swimming pools, wellness spaces, children’s play areas, sports facilities, and secure underground parking. The project’s coastal setting gives residents access to the natural landscape and lifestyle of the Albanian Riviera.
“Orikum Horizon is conceived as a place where people can enjoy their home, their surroundings and a lasting connection to the coast,” said Erjon Harizi. “Our aim is to create a welcoming community with thoughtful design and a strong sense of place.”
The current plan phase one comprises approximately 83,000 m² of above-ground built area across the three residential zones. Construction is planned to begin in 2027, with handover targeted by 2030.
